Conditions of sale

Article 1: Field of application
By validating the order, the client declares knowing and accepting the general present conditions of sale.

Article 2: Validity of offers
All of our offers are valid for the available stock and conditional to typing errors.
The company will not be held responsible for an eventual shortage of stock that leads to a delay in delivery. The delays in shipping cannot be claimed as damages and interests.
If we do not honour the totality of your order we will call you quickly to inform you of the reprovisioned date. If you wish to cancel all or a part of your order we will refund your immediately to your bank account or we will give you a gift card.

Article 3: Order.
All orders will only be taken into account after the acceptation of payment by our banking system. We reserve the right to cancel a non-compliant or suspicious order.

Article 4: Price.
The prices indicated are expressed in euros and adhere to all comprised taxes.
The prices are clear and don’t include delivery costs. The delivery costs vary based on the number of products ordered and country that the order is to be sent to.
The company reserves the right to modify its costs and delivery costs at any moment if unpredictable circumstances arise.
They can ask from you in certain cases, for extra delivery costs: a larger parcel or urgent order.

Article 5: Delivery.
At the moment of the delivery, verify the content of the parcels and compare them with your order. In the case of disputes, make precise observations, in the presence of the delivery person, on the delivery sheet that you must sign, then call us in under 48 hours. We will make it a priority to rectify the problem with little delay and carry out the reimbursement, if necessary, by cheque or by refunding into your bank account.

Article 6: Returns.
In the application of arrangements of the article L.121-16 of the Consumer code, the client has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of the order to return the article delivered to us, in its original packaging, for exchange or reimbursement, without charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. In all cases the client must inform the company (by email or telephone) before returning the item/s.

Article 7: Payment.
The rules of the goods are carried out after the order by credit card or PayPal.

Article 8: Responsibility.
The company has a moral obligation concerning the services offered to the client, however its responsibility will not be ensued in a case where one of its obligations is not present e.g. to independent issues (strikes, catastrophes, information or material failure, internet connection problems…)
The photos and illustrations are communicated to the illustrative title and are not contractual. All the information on the site or the guide (text, images, graphics, logos and icons) are protected by the right of the author.
